The Lockyer Valley is home for Lockyer Sheds. Our head office and display yard are at 2 Harm Drive, Crowley Vale, between Gatton and Laidley, and from here we design and build farm sheds, garages, carports, barns and industrial sheds, supply shed kits, and make steel frames and trusses for valley builders. Gatton is about 11 km away by road and Laidley about 14 km.

Working farms and valley towns
The valley is an intensive farming district as well as a commuter area, so our work here swings between packing, machinery and hay sheds on farms and garages, garaports and carports for houses in Gatton, Laidley and the rural-residential estates between them. You can see finished structures at the Crowley Vale display yard before you decide.
Flood information comes first
The valley's creeks have a long flood record, and Lockyer Valley Regional Council is part-way through new flood mapping, with temporary planning rules in place until it is finished. The council's free Flood Information Portal produces a property report your certifier can use. We use that report to set slab and floor heights and to decide where roller doors can go.
Part of South East Queensland's growth plan
The Lockyer Valley is one of the twelve council areas inside ShapingSEQ 2023, so it shares in the region's housing targets while remaining a farming district. That growth is why builders here also order made-to-plan steel wall frames and trusses from the same yard.
