The content on this website, including guides, service descriptions and local planning information, is general information. It is not engineering, certification, legal or planning advice for your project. Every shed, garage and frame is designed for its own building and site, and your engineer, building certifier and council have the final say. We never guarantee that a building will be approved or is exempt from approval.
Third-party information
Some pages summarise or link to information published by councils, government agencies, Standards Australia and product manufacturers. Those organisations may change their information at any time; check the source before relying on it.
Quotes
Prices, lead times, warranties and delivery arrangements apply only when confirmed in a written quote from Lockyer Sheds. Nothing on this website is an offer to supply at a particular price or time.
Images
Photographs of sheds, garages, carports and other buildings on this website show Lockyer Sheds's own work; we do not name the location or client of a job unless they have agreed. Some images are illustrations: they are marked “Illustration” and their alternative text says so. The home page valley scene and any image marked as an illustration do not show a completed project. Diagrams of frames, trusses and floors are explanatory drawings.
Who we are
Lockyer Sheds is a registered business name of Builtwise Group Pty Ltd, ABN 73 675 775 096, QBCC licence 15445275 (Builder – Open). Building work, including shed construction and frame erection, is carried out in Queensland only.
Trade marks
TRUECORE®, COLORBOND® and ZINCALUME® are registered trade marks of BlueScope Steel Limited. Other trade marks belong to their owners.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party tools
The 3D shed designer is provided by Composite Steel Buildings and finance is provided by Handypay. Their own terms apply when you use them. A design made in the designer is not a quote until we confirm it in writing.
